"Excellent service. I contacted Jane at 12pm on Wednesday in absolute panic as i had been let down by another company. I needed a christening candle for Saturday. She was excellent and told me she would get it done ASAP and send it with a carrier that afternoon. I received the product the next day. The candle is beautiful and such great quality. "AMAZING! The product (50 anniversary candle) and the service. I was stuck at LAST minute and placed an order. Sinead is some woman, an absolute star. I had emailed very late at night and didn't expect a reply till morning but straight away at 10pm at night Sinead was there to help. She even rang me the next morning. She rushed the order and I collected it on Saturday. Sinead/ CandleZone are a prime example as why we should support our local shops..THEY CARE! I have never experienced such amazing customer service and an amazing company. When I went to collect they were so friendly and welcoming. "This company is just Amazing 5☆☆☆☆☆ OK so yesterday I ordered from this company for a wedding gift as I ordered something off another site but won't be here in time. I didn't want to go empty-handed. So I ordered from this site before and the products are just amazing and for the cost is great. So I called this company the minute the were opened and that lady that answered me was so nice I asked her if I ordered a gift would I have it by Thursday and she reassured me I would so went onto there site and ordered and paid for it there and then within moments I was sent a proof attachment and I was so happy with it so A while later I realised I had a word wrong I had hotel wrote instead of estate she texted me back and said that's no problem she changed it without any hesitation and resent me another proof. And she sent my item right away and I received it this morning and I'm so happy with it.It looks so nice and for the price it was so worth it.
